Refund Policy
At Expression Products Ltd we want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer you a 14 day Returns Policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to change your mind. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original purpose made packaging.
Damaged/Incomplete Deliveries
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged please inform us by phone or email so this can be logged and the damage reported to the courier. We would ask that you report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the product. If this is not done we cannot guarantee a full refund.
