Hand engraving is the premium quality in engraving, the silver is deeply cut out by hand with small hand held chisel tools.  (not a dremel, machine / laser / etching)  We create a beautiful neat deep cut engraving.

Peter learnt the craft as an apprentice all those years ago and has been engraving full time ever since.

Hand Engraving the traditional way.

It takes many years to master the skill of hand engraving.  Small hand held chisels are used of various shapes and sizes to cut into the silver.  Cutting at the correct depth and right angles enable Peter to create beautiful designs and lettering using traditional techniques and silversmithing methods.
