Each hanger has been hand painted with coloured glass paint, powders, tiny glass fragments and delicate pink murrine glass flowers which all add a texture and depth. They are then fired in the kiln at approximately 800 degrees for 12-14 hours .

Each one totally unique, colours sizes and murrine flowers may vary slightly from those in the photograph..

You have the option to choose gift packaging, the glass is gift wrapped, or choose a gift box, or both, the gift box will be wrapped. The box has a sponge insert which is unbranded so it can easily be re used..

 

❤️I like to recycle please don’t be surprised if your outer packaging has been used before.

These hearts can be gifted on their own or with a card or given with some chocolates for a unique birthday gift.

The writing will not scratch off it is written with glass paint and fired.

2nd class Royal Mail standard delivery has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery within this time frame.

 

1st class has a delivery aim of 1-3 business days; Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery within this time frame but will be prioritised over 2nd class mail.

 

Royal Mail special delivery, this is the next business day, this will apply if your order is placed before the parcels are dispatched for shipping, this is usually before noon. Please contact me if you are unsure.

 

Royal Mail International Tracked has a delivery aim of 5-14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

 

All parcels have tracking, and I retain all postal receipts. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK and 30 business days internationally.

 

Business days refer to weekdays only and exclude bank holidays and any postal strikes. By making a purchase you are agreeing to these shop policies.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately and send photos.
The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if mutually agreed that the item is being returned for another reason the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Proof of posting is recommended.
The refund will be for the cost of the item only (minus shipping).
