This beautiful small dish is made using a fabulous technique involving clear glass and powders which are manipulated to create a very distinctive crackle design. After an initial firing in a kiln, the piece is smoothed on a glass grinder and sand blasted before being fired for a second time in a mould to create the bowl shape. A delicate pale green interior with a complimentary aqua back, it looks perfect sitting on a side table or as a trinket dish on a bedside or dressing table. a perfect small gift which comes with a makers card and short description of the makers process.
