Shipping Policy
*****UK Domestic Shipping******
All domestic UK based orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class standard, if you require signed for or 1st class delievery please select this as an option beofre you add to cart.
Where possible we try to reduce our plastric packaging and impact on the enviroment. On some occaisions recycled boxes, packaging or fillers are used in shipping. No bubble wrap is used, for our larger frames they are wrapped in brown paper as standard and fit snuggly into their shipping box. Smaller items are wrapped in brown paper then wrapped in a cardborad wrap which is biodegradable and recyclable in most household cardboard waste bins.
We are currently experimenting with paper wrapping tape to replace our PVC fragile packing tape but please note this is a work in progress so there is a chance your order may still arrive with standard packing tape.

Refund Policy
Refunds for personalised items are not accepted
Refunds for non personalised items are accepted if contacted within 14 days and item returned within 30 days. Please note that the return postage is the customers responsibility however once the item has been received back a full refund including origianal postage will be issued.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations are not accepted as on occaision work on your order can begin straight away or for greetings cards they can be packaged up and shipped the same day - although this is not guaranteed and processing times for your item should be noted before order placement.
