Shipping Policy
All items are carefully packed and normally posted within one working day. If for any reason this is not possible, I will contact you to keep you informed. Once the item is in the Royal Mail system I'm afraid the delivery time is out of my control. They are struggling with unprecendted demand due to many more parcels being sent, and while most items are arriving on time, there are areas with delays. Please allow extra time for items to arrive.
Postage is normally only charged for the first item (as most of my products are fairly small and it would take a massive order to exceed small parcel size).
I try to keep waste to a minimum, and so will often re-use packaging materials. Parcels will normally be sent as "small parcel" as sadly there is no way to get a walnut shell small enough to go large letter!

Refund Policy
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Contact details are below.
In the rare event that an item does not arrive, please contact me as I keep tracking receipts for all items. Royal Mail is great, but sadly not infallible! Some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual due to the current situation.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably with a photo so I may be able to work out what's gone wrong. I will refund or replace, whichever works best for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.
