Shipping Policy

As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it and aim to despatch within 1-3 working days. Made to order items / bespoke commissions will have different timescales which will be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins.

UK Delivery:

Shipping within the UK is FREE and all items will be posted via the Royal Mail’s First Class service which usually delivers within 1-3 days.

All items will be packaged in order to fit through a standard letterbox. 

Overseas Delivery:

Overseas orders will be via the Royal Mail's International Tracked and International Tracked and Signed for services depending on the destination.  

When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.


Please be aware that import taxes may be payable by you upon delivery.

Its hugely important to me that you are happy with your order, I love what I do and I want you to love what you receive.  If for any reason you are not please get in touch with me either via TBCH or via direct email at [email protected] 

If you are not happy with your purchase, or if somethings not as you expected then I am happy to accept returns and arrange either a refund or an exchange providing that items are returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please note I am unable to accept returns for personalised items unless the item is faulty, likewise earrings, I am unable to accept returns for hygiene purposes unless the item is faulty. 

Please let me know of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it and I will provide the necessary return details.   

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty.
