Shipping Policy

All greeting cards and prints are printed to the highest quality on 350gsm cardstock and are all environmentally friendly including cellophane sleeves.

All cards and prints are sent out 1st Class by Royal Mail.  Typical delivery is 1-3 days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Covid-19 - please note that some deliveries may be delayed slightly at this current time. 

Please also be aware that Royal Mail may also be experiencing delays at this time which is out of my control.

Snappyscrappy Designs only uses customer information to fulfil orders and provide customer support.  Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me by TBCH will only be used by me and my printing partners who print and post all orders. Their privacy policy can be found here:-

Snappyscrappy Designs has no access to your payment account details: TBCH and Stripe Payments process your financial information independently.

"Your transaction information will be stored on the TBCH system as long as I have my store on TBCH or until TBCH deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me."


Refund Policy

Refunds are only given if there is something physically wrong with the print of the card or the print itself.

Sometimes items can get damaged in the post, if this is the case then please send  photographic evidence.  A replacement will be sent to you straight away at no extra charge.   If your order has not arrived within the allotted time please allow up to 5 days before contacting me.  At this present time there are delays in the postal system because of COVID-19 and some deliveries may take a little longer than usual. 



Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cards cannot be exchanged after they have been dispatched for another.

Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.
