Welcome to Silver Wave Jewellery and thank you for taking the time to browse around my shop.

My shop is very new and I am still loading products but I hope you love the pieces you find here so far.

I’m Deborah Black and design and create contemporary sterling silver and copper jewellery including rings, pendants, earrings, bangles and cuffs using traditional silversmithing techniques.

My love of making handcrafted jewellery started a few years ago with a one day course in Dorset during which I created a couple of sterling silver rings, a pendant and a beautiful bangle. I had such a wonderful time and enjoyed it so much I decided to carry on creating!

All my pieces are created in my home studio in Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK. I work with sterling silver, precious metal clay, copper and brass and add semi-precious gemstones, crystals and gemstone beads for a touch of sparkle and added interest.

Texture is added to my work with hammers, metal stamps, etching, fusing and reticulation, fold forming and on occasions a rolling mill. I love creating simple, boho style, wearable jewellery suitable for any occasion. 

If you are buying for a gift I can ship direct to the recipient with a short handwritten gift note added. 

All my jewellery complies with the UK hallmarking regulations and I have my own makers hallmark registered with the London Assay Office.
