Shipping Policy


I try to package my items in as eco-friendly a way as possible, while still protecting the item inside. My standard is to carefully wrap in tissue and tie with a ribbon for a beautiful gift-ready presentation. Gift wrap or gift box options may also be available. It is then put into a protective outer postal bag or box for shipping.

Lampshades are packed in a cardboard box and padded with eco-friendly biodegradable starch puffs. Clocks require more protective packaging inside the cardboard box, which at the moment is still bubble-wrap, but I hope to find a plastic free alternative here too in the near future.


My shipping rates are based on the tracked or signed for service to your country. These rates should be applied per parcel, regardless of how many items are in it, so you can save on postage by ordering more than one item at the same time.

If you should be charged more than this at checkout please be assured I will refund the excess straight away.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, valid, current address. Parcels returned to me as undeliverable, or because you did not claim your parcel from the sorting centre, will need to pay for re-posting to corrected address.

International Shipping

I do ship to several countries outside the UK. If your country is not shown please contact me.


All my items are made in and shipped from England. Please note that International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Refund Policy


I expect you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not then please contact me immediately so we can put things right.

But if you should decide to cancel your order, stock items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt for any reason providing they are unused, with all labels attached and in original packaging. Please contact me to let me know you are returning your item. Return address is:

I recommend using a tracked/signed for service so that your return parcel should not go missing. Should any damage occur to the item during its return, you will be responsible for any loss in value. Once the returned item has been received and checked I will refund the item price. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For customers outside the UK, you must write "UK item being returned" clearly on the outside of your parcel. If you do not I will deduct from your refund any import fees and VAT charged to me.

If the item was personalised or made to order it is non-returnable, but if there is a problem please contact me and we can try to work out a solution.
