Delivery for Northern Smuggler jewellery products within the UK are FREE and items will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for and tracked
Heavier products will be sent via sent Royal Mail or courier with a cost ranging between £4 and £10. This will depend on The weight of each product but will be noted on each individual product.
If you require your item within a certain period of time please feel free to contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your request, there maybe a postage upgrade fee.
International Delivery - All items are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or Tracked delivery service (costs vary from £8.50 - £12.50)
All buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties. Please note I can not be held accountable for any delays due to customs.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information when required for custom orders if you contact me directly.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I hope that you will love your purchases as much as I loved creating them. I always aim to ensure your order is produced to the highest standard. However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase a refund or exchange can be arranged providing the items returned are in their original condition and packaging.
In the interest of hygiene, I cannot accept earring returns unless they are faulty.
Please contact me to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer however shipping will be refunded in the event an item is faulty
