Shipping Policy

I try to keep shipping charges as low as possible and am mindful of the environment. With this in mind, I may re-use good quality external packaging materials when sending out orders.

Please see each listing for shipping rates and times. If I can't post within the times specified, I'll get in touch with you to let you know.

Shipping times vary depending upon the method chosen. Please see Royal Mail T's & C's for more details regarding weekends and Bank Holidays.  Royal Mail describe their delivery aims as follows:

UK 1st class 1 day

UK second class 3 days

Special delivery - next day by 1pm (order by 1pm day before)

International 6-7 days 

International tracked and signed for 5-6 days

Please note, though that international post often takes longer due to customs delays so please allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive. In addition, if your order is to be shipped outside of the UK that you or the recipient will be responsible for ensuring that customs/VAT/Handling charge is paid. This is not the responsibility of the seller.

Refund Policy

I make everything with great care and attention to detail and I really hope that you are happy with any items that you buy from me, however, you are entitled by law to a refund if you you change your mind up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Please get in touch with me before returning it and I also require that any returned items are in their original condition with labels attached. Unfortunately, I can't refund the postage costs.

I'll issue a refund as soon as possible after I receive the returned goods and have established that they are in 'as new' condition. 

Unless faulty refunds can't be issued on bespoke or custom orders. 

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for gifts

By law you are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty up to six months after it was received.

Please carefully check the shipping address that you enter when making a purchase. If an item was un-deliverable due to an incorrect shipping address entered on the order, unfortunately, I can't take responsibility for this, but am happy to work with you to ensure that it is re-delivered as appropriate. This may well incur additional postage charges.
