All my bags currently offered for sale are ready for dispatch within the time stated. On receipt of your order I will carefully wrap and send your bag.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class service. Unfortunately, in the current situation, delivery times may be longer than usual. this is out of my control.
Items shipped outside the UK may be subject to Customs charges on arrival at the destination country, this is not my responsibility.
I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service within the destination country, this is out of my control.

In the unlikely event you change your mind once you have received the bag, I will refund once the bag is returned to me in its original condition.
You must inform me within 14 days of receiving the bag and it must be posted back to me within 21 days.
You are responsible for return postage.
For items being returned from outside the UK the parcel must be marked "Returning Merchandise" to avoid Customs charges at point of entry into the UK. Any customs charges incurred through neglect of this will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I cannot accept cancellations once the transaction has been completed.
In the very unlikely event the bag may be faulted please contact me immediately to discuss the issue, if possible sending a photograph of the problem.
Should you decide you no longer require your purchase I will refund the purchase amount once the bag is returned to me innits original condition. I will refund delivery postage but return postage must be paid by the customer. Items returned from outside the UK must be marked "Returning Merchandise" to avoid Customs charges on entry into the UK. If this is not complied with any customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
