I will always aim to ship orders out within 1-3 days. I will always provide a reference number for UK orders, or a tracking number for overseas orders so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

I am unable to refund orders that were shipped to the address provided where that address was incorrect, incomplete, or unable to be found by the delivery company. Please double-check your address for errors before submitting your order.

Orders may be returned providing you inform me within 14 days and return the item within 30 days. The cost of returning items where there is no fault will be paid for by you, the customer.
