I’m Diane, the creative behind JONES and the Star. The inspiration comes from my explorations and travels along the coast and the beautiful treasures I find. I also love a good story about the myths and legends of mermaids which come from my own life-long love of swimming in the ocean
I am an artisan jeweller using traditional silversmithing techniques, I use precious metals with semi-precious stones that reflect the diversity of beach form and ocean colours. My jewellery making gives me so much fulfilment at a creative level and I’m a huge fan of sea glass and texture which you will discover in my unique jewellery collections.
I live and work in the heart of Somerset, South West England
