Shipping Policy

All my jewellery is handmade by me, smaller popular items I do try to keep in stock but otherwise items are made to order.

Small in-stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order. Made to order items will take between 5-7 working days to be dispatched. If there are any unforeseen delays I will notify you.

Personalised items generally take 7 - 14 working days to be dispatched. Gold and made to order jewellery usually takes a little longer for despatch at around 2-3 weeks as Gold is only stocked to special order. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact me and I will do my best to meet your request.  

Delivery is charged as quoted to all UK addresses. Goods are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature upon arrival.

Orders are not posted Sundays or Bank holidays.


Customs: Please be aware that you may be required to pay import duties/ taxes upon delivery according to the laws of your country.  Please therefore check your country’s threshold for paying customs duties prior to purchase.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like an exchange or refund please contact me as soon as possible after receipt explaining the problem but no later than 14 days after receipt. Return the item to me in its original packaging in an unworn condition within 30 days of receipt.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

*Unless the item is damaged or faulty the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online.

*Make sure the item is returned unworn and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

*Please include the original packaging in the return package.

*Do ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Return using a tracked service and send me details of tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to me.

*Do enclose your original invoice or a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address below:

*If I find that the product has not been returned to me in fully resalable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

*In the event of an exchange a re-delivery charge of £5 will be applied or £10 for items sent internationally.

Exempt from any exchanges or refunds are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request. When adding any item to your Cart please make sure that any sizes, stone or metal types selected are accurate. Rings cannot be returned if they have been made using the customer supplied size. Resizing cannot be done if the ring contains stones.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if they have ear wires. Post and scroll fittings cannot be returned.
