I aim to dispatch all Orders 3-7 business days after the order is received.
If there is a problem in fulfilling your Order, I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
I use Royal Mail 1st class or MyHermes (but reserve the right to use alternative services/means) which means that Orders can often arrive the day after they are put in the post, but of course, I cannot guarantee this. Royal Mail do Not consider your order lost for at least 10 days
I will try to send an email to confirm that your Order has been dispatched.
If you reside outside of the UK, then please contact me and I will try to work out the appropriate postage for your requirements.
Wrong delivery address!!!
Please ensure the address you provide address is the correct address. I will NOT be responsible for any returned or lost packages due to an incorrect addresses.
I will NOT issue a refund if you have provided an incorrect address Until or Unless the package is returned to me and then I will issue you a refund minus the postage cost.

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify me by email to karunamcmullan@yahoo.co.uk before I have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to me in accordance with the clause bellow.
(c) You can return goods you have ordered from me for any reason as long as you inform me within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The costs of returning goods to me shall be borne by you. You should return the unopened goods within 14 calendar days from the date you cancel the purchase. The items have to be returned unopened without any Of the seals broken or opened. If the chocolates are opened in anyway I will be unable to refund your purchase.
(d) Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods (or proof of posting), I will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required (subject to The below paragraph)
(e) The rights to return the goods to me as referred to in clause 5.3 will not apply in the event that the product is not returned in its original state or has been made to the customer's individual specification.
(f) If you find fault or defect with my products, then I would ask you to email me at karunamcmullan@yahoo.co.uk in order that appropriate action may be taken to expedite a speedy resolution to the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
