Shipping Policy

Many items are made to order so please allow 3-5 working days to dispatch.

Items will be shipped Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class at a flat fee, with a small extra cost for additional items.

Please note I currently only ship to the UK.

Refund Policy

I hope you will be happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are not, please contact me to discuss. Items will normally only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt, and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your item being delivered.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Per Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered.

You must inform me of your intention to cancel your order within this time frame and you then have another 14 days to return the item(s), undamaged to: 2 Fulmodeston Road, Hindolveston, NR20 5BS. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to me. Once I have received the item(s) you will then be refunded the cost of the item(s) and original postage cost with 14 days.
