Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.
Returns
I encourage you to return any item which you are not perfectly happy with, or which is not as you expected, or if you have simply changed your mind about it.Please use the contact form to let me know and return it within 14 days of receipt.
Sorry, earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch.
On receipt of the returned goods i will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not any delivery and/or postage).
If you prefer, an exchange for an alternative products to the same value, this can be arranged.
Items must be returned in an undamaged condition.
You are responsible for arranging returns and i suggest retaining proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
I will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
