The majority of our items are made to order and we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. If there is a delay we will contact you and keep you updated.

Refund Policy
If your items arrive damaged I will replace or exchange them once the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. Please keep all original packaging and damaged items until then
If goods are not received within 10 working days from the date of shipping please notify me at cariadinstitches@virginmedia.com
Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I hope that everyone is happy with their purchase from me but If for some reason the item is not to your liking Please contact me as soon as possible.
Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of return of the product. Please use original packaging where possible. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and proof of postage must be obtained. You MUST notify me before sending any item back. Buyer is responsible for postage costs.
Commissioned or personalised items are non refundable.
