DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Time to despatchArticle Jewellery will despatch your order as soon as possible by UK Royal Mail, usually within 1-3 days. Your items will be sent in a gift box and packaged securely in a padded envelope to help prevent damage.
Delivery OptionsWithin the UKDelivery will be by FREE 1st Class delivery.
You can upgrade to 1st Class Signed For, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an additional fee at checkout.
Overseas orders These will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Estimated delivery times are:- Europe = 3-5 working days- Rest of the World = 5-7 working days (but often longer)
Please note: any customs delays are out of my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees/import taxes that may apply. Article Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items damaged by customs officials.
All overseas shipping prices are based on parcel weights up to 100 grams; this should cover 2 items. Please contact me if you want to purchase more in order to calculate shipping!
Delivery delaysBusy times, such as Christmas, may be subject to slightly longer delivery times dependent on the delivery provider within the UK or country of purchase.
In the UK, the Royal Mail may leave parcels with your neighbours, unless you have specifically opted out of this, or in a safe place that you have agreed with them. Similar arrangements may take place with postal services in countries outside the UK. In the event of non-delivery, please check any arrangements you may have made as this is not within my control.
If a parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe please do get in touch so I can try to help. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel 'lost' until 10 working days after the due date in the UK, 20 working days after the due delivery date for item to Europe, and 25 working days after the due delivery date for the rest of the world.
Undeliverable OrdersIf your order is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address or because it was not collected from the sorting office, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days.In both these instances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered only.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
I do hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you have any issues please contact me as soon as possible so I help.
Your RightsIn accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order, and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually return the goods.
Please note: the right to cancel does not extend to personalised, customised, or bespoke items. Returns of earrings are also excluded for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the event of an issue with any such items, please do contact me.
CancellationsPrior to Dispatch: Please request your cancellation via the "Ask a Question" button in the shop or email me with your invoice/order number and the reason for cancellation.
ReturnsAfter Dispatch: Article Jewellery will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items accepted for return should be returned within 28 days of delivery.

All items and gift boxes must be returned as new, in a saleable and unused condition. Article Jewellery reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund if the item is not returned in a saleable condition.
Buyers are responsible for the safe return of goods and associated postage costs. Please obtain and keep your proof of postage in case of loss in transit so you are able to claim compensation from your chosen carrier.
If you are returning items from outside the United Kingdom, you must mark the package prominently as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs fees/tax/brokerage charges being levied. Should such charges be incurred then the amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds will be made to the same credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item.
Faulty GoodsIn the rare event that an item is faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so I can do my best to put it right.
ExchangesArticle Jewellery does not accept exchanges but please do contact me if you have a problem with your order.
