Shipping Costs and Terms
£2 shipping to the UK, with £0.50 for each additional item.
£8.50 shipping to the EU, not including Germany, with £1 for each additional item. I'm afraid I don't ship to Germany.
£9.50 shipping to the rest of the world, with £1 for each additional item.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail. I use first class signed for to send UK deliveries or international tracked and signed for all other delivery destinations. Details of delivery times can be found on the Royal Mail website. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for delays to delivery once the item has been posted. But if you should encounter a problem please let me know and I will do what I can to investigate. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You should be able to get guidance from your domestic customs service as to what charges to expect.
If your order is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible. Under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days. In both these instances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered only.

Refunds are of course available for faulty goods or goods not as ordered, for all other issues please contact me to discuss.
You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your item or items, please email me at [email protected] if you wish to do this. Exceptions to this are personalised or custom orders and earrings. I will only accept refunds on these items if they are considered faulty or not as ordered.
Your goods will be delivered within the agreed time frame; if for some reason this is not achievable, I will let you know as soon as possible via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order at this point or accept the delay.
You can request a refund if items aren’t delivered on the agreed delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. If no delivery date is given, you can get a refund if items aren’t delivered within 30 days of placing your order
You have the right to a refund if someone has used your payment card without your permission, if this happens please contact me as soon as possible to discuss.
Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty or not as ordered. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We aim to reimburse you within 7 days of agreeing the refund.

Items not as ordered or items you feel are faulty can be returned for refund or exchange, for any other reason please contact me to discuss whether it can be returned. Orders may be cancelled up to 3 days after the order is placed, for a refund after that please contact me to discuss. Exchanges can be arranged in some circumstances. Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
