Items may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but in the event that you are unhappy, items may be returned, unused and in perfect condition please (in original packaging if possible), providing you have informed me of your intention to do so within 7 days. Custom orders of a special nature are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged/Faulty/Missing items - In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, they must be reported within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

Privacy.

I do not hold any financial or payment details, these are securely held by Stripe. I only have access to your name, address and email to fulfil your order or to answer any queries you may have. I will never disclose your details to anyone else, nor will I contact you other than in regard to your order. Once your order has been fulfilled to your satisfaction, you may request that I delete your information if you so wish.
