UK Orders – Price Scale:
Orders with a value up to £20 are sent First Class.
Orders with a value up to £50 are sent First Class and will require a signature upon delivery.
Orders with a value between £50 - £100 are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, and will require a signature upon delivery.
Orders with a value above £100 are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, and will require a signature upon delivery.
Average International Shipping estimates:
Europe: 7 - 21 days
US: 10 - 30 days
Other international destinations: 10 - 30 days
International deliveries may take between 10-30 days to arrive, depending on processing times through customs and local postal services. Deliveries closer to Christmas take longer than the usual estimates.
For international purchases, the buyer is responsible for any fees/duties which may be charged at customs.
Shipping costs are averaged out in order to ensure that costs are covered over varying postage thresholds of weight or value.
Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 10-25 working days have passed since the estimated delivery date, depending on whether delivery is domestic or international. Please contact me if you think your purchase has been lost.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
I am working towards the removal of all unnecessary plastic from the packaging process, while still ensuring that your purchase remains well-protected on its journey. Most of the packaging I use is both recycled and recyclable, or reusable.
Please contact me if there is anything you are unhappy about and I will do what I can to help.
When returned items are received by me in original condition payment will be refunded within 14 days. Buyers outside the EU will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the original shipping costs.
Buyers must cover the cost of returning an order to me (using listing price as a guide), unless it arrived damaged or was faulty.
