Pretty little white sea glass earrings.  Set in 925 sterling silver ball ended sterling prongs. Giving the effect of a flower bud.

This is genuine sea glass so although closely matched each earring will be slightly different.

The prong setting measures approximately 7mm round and is on an 11mm earring post with a scroll back.

Please note measurements given are only approximate due to the organic shape of sea glass. Also, the earrings you receive may vary slightly in shape and size from those in the photo.

Created and designed by myself using traditional silversmithing techniques in my Derbyshire workshop.

UK Assay Office Hallmarking 

All my sterling silver jewellery complies with the UK Assay Office Hallmarking regulations. Sterling silver under the weight of 7.78g does not require hallmarking.

Postage

Postage will be free with Royal Mail first class. Please note that delays are possible and delivery times are Royal Mail estimates ONLY and are NOT guaranteed. Furthermore, you cannot track your order online with this service.

Jewellery care

It is normal for silver to tarnish over time. You can reduce this process by taking the following advice.

*Keep clean with a soft silver cloth or silver cleaner.

*Remove jewellery when exercising or cleaning.

*Avoid chemicals and household cleaners.

*Store in a cool dry place.

Safety

Jewellery soap and polish has been used to clean and polish your jewellery. If you have sensitive skin it would be advisable to wash thoroughly before wearing.

All jewellery designs are intended for use by adults as a decorative fashion accessories. Remove before sleeping/sports. Store out of reach of children, babies and pets due to small parts.

Delivery within the UK is free.   Jewellery will be shipped in letterbox friendly packaging. All items will be posted with Royal Mail. Postage will be with standard First class, signed for or special delivery, depending on the value of the order.

If you order more than one item to the same address I will ship the items together at no extra cost.

Shipping upgrades are available if you wish your item to be tracked or sent by next day delivery. Next day delivery is only available if checkout is completed by 8 pm the evening before and will be posted the following day.

Processing time is between 1- 3 days.  Made to order items process in 1-3 weeks depending on how busy the shop is. Feel free to message and check, if you want your item in a hurry.

Please note that delays are possible and Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.  Items will not be tracked unless they have a value of over £55.  Please upgrade delivery if you wish to include tracking.

During busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas. Or due to COVID disruptions, your parcel may be delayed beyond my control.

If this occurs please drop me a message through British craft house.  I will do everything within my power to assist you. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after ten working days.  After this time I can open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.

All jewellery items will be packaged in tissue paper, a gift box and voile ready to gift or keep. You can request a complimentary handwritten gift tag.

It is important to me that you are happy with your jewellery so don't hesitate to contact me if you need assistance. I will always be happy to discuss how I can help.

I will happily accept returns, please let me know within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned to me within 30 days of delivery in original packaging, unworn and,  unused in original condition. 

Please be mindful that in the case of stud earring or earring styles where the ear wire cannot be replaced I will be unable to resell these due to hygiene reasons. So, for this reason, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or faulty jewellery

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to postage mishandling, it would be helpful if you could take photos of the packaging and damaged items inside.  This will assist me in filing a claim with Royal Mail.

If your item is faulty please get in contact, again photos would be very helpful in assisting you with your options. Please contact me through The British Craft House messaging system.

In the case of items being returned due to damage or being faulty, I will pay return costs.  Please retain the proof of postage receipt. 

*Unless damaged or faulty buyers are responsible for return postage.
