Shipping Policy

I aim to deliver your chocolates in perfect condition. Your chocolates will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days unless stated in the listing. I will dispatch packages on Monday to Friday

You can choose to deliver gifts to a different address from your own.

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you please notify me before I have dispatched the goods to you. If I have already posted them, then you may refuse delivery or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to me in accordance with the clause bellow. 

(c)  You can return goods you have ordered from me for any reason as long as you inform me within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The costs of returning goods to me shall be borne by you.  You should return the unopened, sealed goods within 14 calendar days from the date you cancel the purchase. The items have to be returned unopened without any Of the seals broken or opened. If the chocolates are opened in anyway I will be unable to refund your purchase.

(d) We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods (or proof of posting), I will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required (subject to The below paragraph)

(e) The rights to return the goods to me will not apply in the event that the product is not returned in its original state or has been made to the customer's individual specification.

Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.


 

Refund Policy

I very much hope that you will enjoy your Iguana Chocolates, but if your product is damaged in transit, I am happy to arrange a refund or resend the order.
I will ask for photos of the outer and inner packaging and the broken chocolates. This helps me to know how I can do better. I may ask you to return these damaged chocolates and will incur the cost of the return.
