Valentine’s Day Felt Heart Brooch (Purple) / ‘With love’ Greetings Card
A handmade Valentine’s heart brooch created in wet felt with rich shades of purple fibres and finished with two textured hand stitched, buttons. It is presented on an A6 greeting card with the message ‘With Love’ on the front.
The card is blank on the inside for your own message. This card can be sent direct on your behalf, please fill out the message box below.

This is a heart shaped brooch handcrafted using a range of purple fibres. The brooch has a felt back and a nickel plated brooch pin with safety catch. It is mounted onto the front of an A6 card with the message ‘With Love’ printed onto the front. The inside is left blank for your own message.
The card comes in its own protective cellophane pocket with a white C6 envelope.

My Shipping Policy
*Please note that whilst I will continue to despatch items to the Post Office within the usual 1-2 business days stated in my Shipping Policy, customers may experience delays to the Royal Mail owing to the continuation of the Coronavirus situation.Please refer to the latest information on the Royal Mail website, as I cannot accept responsibility for any delays incurred once items have entered the postal system.
Shipping is currently set up for the Uk and a number of international destinations, however, I am happy to quote for other countries, depending upon the product. If you would like an item posted to an alternative destination, please contact me via the ‘Ask A Question’ button, and I will be happy to discuss your requirements.
I will always do my best to post out the same or next day. Small items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class post within the UK.
Due to the size and weight of my framed artwork items, most will fall into the category of Royal Mail parcel post. As a result I will be using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services with a signature, for all textile art small/medium parcels (Up to 2kg) within the UK. To international destinations, parcels will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For or Royal Mail International as appropriate. As many of my products are one off original pieces of art, I have attempted to select the safest and best value option for secure delivery based on the size and value of my products, and to give you, the customer, peace of mind.
Occasionally, larger parcels will require a ParcelForce delivery.
Where there is a price for a 'subsequent item' to be sent in the same parcel, it refers to the additional postage charge incurred and is only relevant for another of the same item.
Items will be packed securely with lots of padding, particularly to protect vulnerable corners and any glazed frames, although please note that I generally prefer to frame my textile work in an unglazed frame so that the texture of the fibres can be fully appreciated. I will always try to use recycled packaging, without compromising security, so your package may not always look as pretty as the contents! Please note glazed artwork items are currently unavailable for International Shipping.
Please ensure your address is correct at point of order as this will be exactly what is copied, clearly, onto your parcel’s delivery label. I will add my return address on the outside of the package also.

My Product Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your item I am happy to accept returns or exchanges to the same value, bearing in mind that most of my products will be original one off pieces. Cancellation of orders for a refund will only be accepted if the item has not been shipped.
To return your item, please notify me within 14 days from the date you received your item. Items should be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund, unless item is received faulty or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
My products will be packed with every care against postal damage but in the unlikely event that something should arrive damaged, please send a photograph to allow me to understand how the damage has occurred, for future reference. This will not affect your right to a refund.
As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

When you place an order with me, I will be sent your name, delivery address and email address from The British Craft House. These details will be used to process and ship your order, or to respond to any queries you may have with your order. If you send me a message via the contact button on The British Craft House, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and for the purpose of my business accounts and tax returns.
