Description

Woven on my hand loom with skill and dedication. Two designs of soft organic cotton cloth have been used together to create a visual feast. Complementary and contrasting they work together beautifully to make a stunning large throw for a bed or sofa.

Designed to come three quarters of the way up a kingside’s bed in a beautiful layering effect with crisp sheets.

An Art Deco design embroidered cotton tape has been used to as part of the construction. The throw is strengthened with linen tape on the reverse.

Colours of violet, lemon, yellow, charcoal and pale blue play out on a natural background.

The centre fabric is woven using a traditional rosepath threading where a contemporary diamond motif is built up colour by colour. The side panels are woven using a complex Block twill design and the geometric repeats flow the length of the piece.

70 hours in the weaving and construction and finished with hand sewn hems to give an exceptional hand finish.

The box needed to ship this Throw in safely is too large for Royal Mail to carry. I’ve added a few alternative carrier options to the shipping at checkout. If you don’t see what you would prefer I can get other quotes for you from your preferred delivery company. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. Your order will be sent with Hermes who will provide a tracking number and aim to deliver within 2-5 days. Overseas shipping will be with Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Each item will be packed and sent separately in the correct size cardboard box or paper sac.
