I use recycled/reclaimed packaging whenever possible – it’s good for the planet and keeps your costs down!
This may include recycled cardboard, bubble wrap, foam, polystyrene and newspaper as well as other reclaimed materials. All materials are clean.
I always pack my ceramics with large amounts of padding to make sure that they reach you in perfect condition.
All items in the shop are in stock and I aim to send them out within 1 working day of receiving your order. If this is not possible for any reason I will contact you by email to update you.
You have the choice of 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail post or Hermes couriers, which you can select during the checkout process. I ship within the United Kingdom only .

I have designed this handmade ceramic vase to be used in the Japanese art of flower arrangement called Ikebana (meaning ‘arranging flowers’ or ‘making flowers alive’, also known as Kado ‘way of flowers’). The vases used for Ikebana arrangements come in a wide variety of shapes & sizes. They are traditionally considered not only beautiful in form, but also in material and design.
This egg-shaped vase has a gorgeous glaze colour and the intricate carving catches the spirit of waves in motion – an eye-catching and unusual way to display just a few blooms, leaves or grasses.
The vase has been made from strong stoneware clay, the surface has been hand carved with intricate swirling patterns while the clay was still wet, and then decorated with a teal & blue glaze to pick up the patterns.
My ceramic vase comes complete with a ‘flower frog’ or kenzan to help hold the flower or leaf stems in position.
The vase stands 8cm tall and 12cm long, the ‘flower frog’ is 2cm wide.
