REGULAR DELIVERY:
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail untracked as standard, there is the opportunity to upgrade to Signed for delivery at checkout. If you have any special requirements regarding postage, please let me know prior to ordering and I will do my best to accomodate.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail untracked international as standard, there is the opportunity to upgrade to Tracked delivery at checkout. Royal Mail estimate 5-7 working days for the delivery of international orders, but please allow 3 weeks in case of delays at customs or through their delivery partners in the destination country. International customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are available on all non-personalised items. Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty. Unless the item(s) are faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and it is recommended that you retain proof of postage (available free of charge when posting through the Post Office).
