Shipping and Delivery Guide
I aim to pack and process all orders within 1-3 days of payment.
I mainly use Royal Mail for UK orders and either Yodel or Evri for larger orders. For large artwork, I can use a specialist shopping company on request, there is an additional charge for this.
Most small orders are standard parcel orders and are 48 hour tracked service or 2nd class post.
As I grow my business I will be expanding to EU and International shipping on deliveries so at the moment they are available on request.
The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it – our Sellers. They choose their delivery options from the Delivery Guide (below).

STANDARD DELIVERY
(UK only) Delivery timeframes differ and are stated on the product page and at the checkout. Timeframes are estimated. Up to £3.99 per product, often less. Many are free.
TRACKED EXPRESS DELIVERY
(UK only) Delivery will be made by the date stated on the product page at the time of ordering. £6.95 per product.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
(UK only) Delivery on the next available Saturday after the product has been dispatched. £10.95 per product.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Delivery times for international deliveries vary by zone and are estimated from dispatch. Please see below for more information. The delivery cost is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. The cost is shown on the relevant product page and on the checkout page.
NON-STANDARD PRODUCT (UK only) Delivery times for non-standard products vary. Please see below for more information. The delivery cost for a non-standard product varies by product. The cost is shown on the relevant product page and on the checkout page.
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make.
Our Sellers choose whether to offer Tracked Express, Saturday or International delivery options.
Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact the Seller by using the contact link on your order confirmation email.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the Seller will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the Seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
Delivery and promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.
UK delivery of standard products
Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less, many are free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.
If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page.
UK delivery of non-standard products
A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.
UK tracked express delivery
If you need something quickly, many Sellers offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the by the date stated on the product page at the time of ordering.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that certain items, such as personalised prints or phone cases, are made-to-order and, regrettably, cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Order items like commissions require a 50% deposit and final payment before artwork is sent. Commissions are non-returnable.
For other products. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, please notify within 14 days returns postage is at the cost of the customer. Returned item must be in it's original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
