The colours swirl in beautiful patterns and the soutache braid and beads have been carefully colour matched to the focal bead. Light weight and comfortable to wear this unusual necklace has been lined on the back with ultra suede.

I charge £3.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery within mainland UK and £4.50 for higher priced items which will be sent 1st class signed for. I am currently posting on Monday and Fridays. Please note that while Royal Mail are doing an amazing job post is sometimes taking longer than usual.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct. I can only post to the address you provide in your order details.
Royal Mail suggests 2-3 working days for delivery in the UK. Europe 3-5 days and the rest of the world 5-7 days. Please always allow for delays though that are out of my control and especially at peak times such as Christmas.
Should your order be lost in transit, I have to assume that the contract for your order is terminated. In these circumstances I will provide a replacement item or if this is not possible, a refund. I am however bound by the Royal Mails policy regarding lost packages. Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until their time scales have passed. For 2nd class tracked and signed this is 10 working days after the due date. For international shipping times this would be possibly up to 21 days after the due date if it's at a particularly busy time, Christmas, Thanks Giving etc.
Please note that all inner packaging is new. Outer packing will be recycled and reused where ever possible. Should you require all new packing please message me.

Cost of returns are your responsibility. Returns must be unworn, unmarked and in an as new condition. Any returns showing signs of wear will have a deduction make from the refund. Should damage result of insecure packing during transit you will be responsible for the loss in value. Please use waterproof packing. I recommend you get proof of posting at least if not a tracked and signed for service as it could effect the timely processing of your refund. I can not be responsible for the loss or damaged goods that have not been correctly insured.
So long as there is no damage due to insufficient packaging and the item has no sign of wear you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the out going postage.

I spend a lot of time sourcing the best materials for my designs and take great care in the making. However, should I have missed something you have a right to return faulty goods. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, a repair or replacement. You will be required to send photos to allow me to assess which option is most appropriate.

Handmade necklace in shades of silver grey and yellow. The focal gemstone is Mexican crazy lace agate. The soutache braid is hand stitched in curls around the beads to crate this beautiful unique piece of jewellery. The back is lined with ultra suede, a manmade fabric.
