Orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. The exception to this is specially commissioned pieces which cannot be cancelled once the work has started.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it to me for a no quibble refund or exchange. The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be undamaged and in it’s original packaging. Please note that this returns policy excludes the return of earrings for hygiene purposes, unless they are faulty.

If on the rare occasion your piece of jewellery develops a fault, please contact me with details of the problem. The item can then be returned to me for repair. The repair will be free of charge within one year of purchase. After one year I may charge a small repair fee depending on the nature of the fault. Alternatively, you can return any faulty item to me for a full refund within one year of the purchase date.
