• Contact me within 3 days of delivery with the reason for return
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused in order to receive a full refund

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, I recommend using a tracked/insured method of return postage. I cannot be responsible for return items lost in the postal system when a tracking method has not been used. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or defective The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:-

• Custom orders
• Items that have been discounted in a sale
• Earrings (health and hygiene reasons)

Postal costs will not be refunded unless an item is faulty
