Delivery Times
I aim to deliver most items within 3-5 business days within the UK, 5-7 Business days for Europe & 7-14 Business days for the USA. Shipping in the UK is by Royal Mail Second Class Tracked & Signed for and Europe and the US Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding return postage) or exchange providing the item is in perfect condition.Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to action a refund 

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded on receipt of proof of damage or return.

If for any reason  you are not 100% happy or not completely satisfied with your purchase or even if you simply change your mind, I am happy to arrange a refund or exchange for you.

To return an item, I ask that you please notify me within 14 days from the date of sale. Items should be returned within 30 days. Return address is Sixpenny Studio South Logan Farm Catrine Ayrshire Ka5 6nh . To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and I recommend you obtain a proof of postage (at the very least) or choose a tracked/signed for option for your peace of mind as I cannot be held responsible for items that may get lost in transit on their return to me.
