My heart almost smiles as I watch the birds in my garden, particularly our gorgeous Mr Robbie, robin redbreast, who is a frequent & much loved daily visitor. That warm inner glow & the simple imagery of this garden favourite inspired me to create my robin pictures; I hope they lift your hearts too.

Robins hold a special, sentimental place in the hearts of many people; some believing when robins appear they signify a loved one is near while for some people feathers symbolise the presence of angels. Combining both robins & natural feathers with a message of love provides a thoughtful & unobtrusive framed picture gift to place on a shelf, mantel piece or bedside cupboard; perfect for reflective moments or for someone special. Each picture is made to order &, as every natural feather is unique, the colour & shape may vary.

Available in black, white or grey frames. Frames are subtly contemporary, free standing with an acrylic front panel.

Price includes first class Royal Mail small parcel post.

Shipping Policy

Delivery will be with Royal mail 1st Class parcel post.

I aim process & dispatch all in stock order items within 1- 3 days working days, items made to order may take 3-5 working days to process & dispatch.

All items will be wrapped securely to protect the product in transit however should any issues occur during transportation please contact me.

Please note that I try to be as green as possible and reuse boxes/packaging where possible - packaging reused during the COVID-19 pandemic will be stored for a minimum of 7days before reuse to ensure COVID-19 safety compliance.

Royal Mail may also be experiencing delays at this time which is out of my control.

Refunds will be made by the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked that it is in its original condition for re-sale.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Can I cancel or I return my order? In either instance please contact me as soon as possible via email: [email protected]

Cancellation: If an order is cancelled before dispatch (usually 1-3 working days) you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. 

Return: Returns must be sent by First Class Royal Mail within 14 working days & be received in new, resalable condition. A full refund for the cost of the item will be made to the original payment method however you will be responsible for any loss in value should damage occur during return transit. Unfortunately outgoing postage will not be refunded.

Do I have to pay the cost of the returns delivery? Yes,  you are responsible for this cost.

Undeliverable Orders  Orders returned to me as "undeliverable" due to an inaccurate or an incomplete delivery address provided by yourself will incur additional costs to re-post. Similarly, if a package is returned as "unclaimed" from the Royal Mail sorting centre you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to yourself.

In either instance above I will notify you of the returned package. If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped I will cancel the order, I will also cancel the order if  you do not respond within 3 working days. In both these instances, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the value of the items ordered only, postage can not be refunded.
