A mix of red, ivory and green enamel was used to create the wonderfully organic crackle pattern.
This technique involves the multi layering and firing of different density enamels which rise and sink through each other creating a unique pattern.
This type of firing enamel can be unpredictable so this pendant is offered as a one off as another one might be similar but never the same!
The chain is pure copper (17″) with a copper toggle and handmade copper bail. The pendant is 2.5 cm wide.

While the pendant had been coated to protect from tarnishing, the chain has not. It is easily cleaned by covering it in tomato ketchup for a few minutes then thoroughly rinsing and drying.
