This one of a kind felted painting of a purple Anemone was made using a mix of wet felting and needle felting techniques on Marino wool. A simple background was used to highlight the beauty of the Anemone flower. Perfect for gardeners and nature lovers, whether as a gift to someone else or a treat for yourself!

This item comes framed in a black box frame ready for hanging anywhere in your house.

The felt painting measures approximately 15cm high x 15cm wide with the raw edges of the felt showing.

The frame measures 27cm wide x 27cm high x 3cm deep

Shipping Policy

I try to dispatch all items within 1-3 working days of receiving the payment for an order. I will notify you if there are any delays.
Delivery will be carried out using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked for larger items. Smaller items will be delivered using Royal Mail first class.

Art prints are sent directly from the printer. This requires me to pass on the postal address for the order to be processed.

Orders can only be dispatched to the UK at present.

I try to use recycled materials for packaging where possible to reduce waste, so please bear in mind, it may not always look glamourous on the outside.

You are responsible for ensuring the correct postal address is given.

I will notify you of any items returned to me due to the incorrect address or remaining uncollected from a sorting office. If you do not respond to my notification within 3 days, I will cancel the order and you will be refunded the value of the items ordered only. You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping items that are returned to me for the above reasons.

GDPR:

I, Lizzie Miller, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, LizBiz, on The British Craft House.
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

  • With The British Craft House to comply with my obligations.
  •  With mail delivery companies , couriers or printers in order to fulfil your order.
  • To comply with any legal or tax obligations that I have.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary and in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I may retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Refund Policy

I really hope that you will love your items, however, if you are not entirely happy with your item and wish to return it, then please notify me within 14 days of receipt.

Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same packaging and condition it was received in.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

A refund/exchange will only be made once the item is received and checked to ensure it is ready for resale.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Once an item has been dispatched, I can no longer accept cancellations for an order.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify me within 2 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage to the packaging as well as the item for reference. This does not affect your right to a refund if you wish to return the item, however, a refund will not be given for items returned damaged without photographic evidence that the damage occurred in transit. Other alternatives are available if you do not wish to return the item e.g. a partial refund or repair.

I am happy to exchange an item for something of the same value if you change your mind. Return postage for the original item will be at the buyer's expense.
