It uses a new supersweep virtually silent mechanism which has been tested for at least 48hrs to assure accuracy.

International orders up to the value of £20 will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, or International Signed for.
Customs, Import duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You should be able to get guidance from your domestic customs service as to what charges to expect.
Delays do sometimes occur with the postal service and items going through customs. Any delays which occur after posting are out of my control (as such I cannot be held responsible for later than expected delivery)

The General Data protection regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018, it gives each individual more control over their personal data. In response to this, I, Neil Umpleby trading as Psyco Velo Designs, state here that I am the data-controller of any personal information which you may submit as it relates to my TBCH shop.
When you place an order with me via my TBCH shop I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message I may receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With TBCH to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records, unless you request for it to be done sooner.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Faulty goods in the event an item is faulty/damaged/not as described please contact us first. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault before arranging a return. A replacement, repair or a full refund will be offered.
Changed your mind. We will accept returns for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt of the item, however, you must contact us in the first instance. We may arrange for return shipping, the cost of the return will be your responsibility. We strongly advise sending the item back using a tracked service. If lost in transit, you would then need to claim off your carrier.
Once we have received the returned item you will be refunded the item cost minus the initial postage costs. The return postage cost will also be deducted from your refund if we have arranged and paid for the return. If you have arranged for return of the item then this cost is also your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Customised / Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty. You have 6 months from delivery to inform us about any fault.

Cancellations are accepted within 14 days of delivery, you must contact us in the first instance. We do not offer exchanges due to most pieces being one offs.
The item must be returned unused, unmarked and packed in the same way in which it was received, ensuring that the product does not move in transit.
