A5 fabric covered handmade notebook filled with plain paper

I’ve made this notebook using traditional bookbinding methods. The inner paper block is made by cutting and folding the paper into signatures and then hand stitching them into a book block.  This is lightly glued down the spine, headbands and a ribbon marker are attached and it’s left to dry overnight. The outer board is then covered in fabric and attached to the book block together with the coloured end pages

The fabric on this particular notebook is a special commission from Nape Textiles.  It’s  a beautiful pink and purple Anemone design on a bluey purple background.  The end pages of the notebook are lilac card  and I’ve added a lilac satin ribbon marker.

Size: A5 – width 15.5cm x height 22cm  Spine depth 1.5cm

Pages: 46 double-sided sheets (92 sides) of 100gsm  plain white paper.

I’ve tried to represent the colours as accurately as I can but please remember that monitors, tablets and other devices do vary.

I use Royal Mail for all my parcels.

I’ve  tried to set my postage charges as accurately as I can but if you order more than one item and the postage is over-calculated, I will refund the overcharge.

Refund Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase I will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as they are undamaged. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless it’s damaged.

This A5 notebook, filled with plain paper, is entirely handmade,  from the paper block inside through to its final construction.   I’ve covered it in a beautiful pink and blue floral fabric and added lilac coloured end pages and a lilac satin ribbon marker. 

A recent collaboration with Nape Textiles resulted in this hand illustrated and digitally printed fabric with a gorgeous design of pink and purple Anemones on a bluey purple background.   There’s only one available as I only had a very small piece of fabric produced.  So be quick if you like it.
