First and second class Royal Mail options should be available at checkout for all items. Postage is normally only charged for the first item (as most of my products are fairly small and it would take a massive order to exceed small parcel size).
I try to keep waste to a minimum, and so will often re-use packaging materials. Parcels will normally be sent as "small parcel" as sadly there is no way to get a walnut shell small enough to go large letter!

In the rare event that an item does not arrive, please contact me as I keep tracking receipts for all items. Royal Mail is great, but sadly not infallible! Some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual due to the current situation.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably with a photo so I may be able to work out what's gone wrong. I will refund or replace, whichever works best for you.
