Once approved by you the image is printed on your choice of either paper or canvas.

Prints on paper are on natural white, archival paper with a one inch unprinted border all around and are provided unframed unless requested as an addition to the order.

Prints on canvas are on best grade polymer/cotton canvas, professionally mounted on stretchers and with a protective semi matt protective finish. The canvas is equipped with hanging fittings so it is ready to put up on your wall or to be framed if you prefer.

UK SHIPPING IS FREE

All orders for delivery in the UK of Fine Art prints on both paper and canvas are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by First Class post or courier. 

Fine Art prints on paper ordered for delivery overseas are charged at checkout. Please contact [email protected] if you require shipping of a Fine Art print on canvas.

Order processing

Non- personalised, non-custom Fine Art prints on paper.

As soon as you have ordered your print(s) on paper, you will receive a confirmation email and we will start to prepare your order for shipping. Prints are made to order and we expect to dispatch your order within 3-5 days. 

Your order is shipped in either a protective card envelope or a sturdy postal tube. 

Orders for delivery in the UK: We send orders FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail 1st Class which normally takes 1-2 business days. If you would like your order to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service), please choose this option at checkout.

International orders: We send orders by Royal Mail International Tracked which normally takes 6-7 business days. You will be charged for shipping at checkout. If you would like your order to be tracked, please choose this option at checkout.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that postal and shipping services are not within our control.

Please be advised that in the case of international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Once customer approval of the final image is received in writing, prints on paper are despatched within a further 3-5 days, and in the case of canvas a further 4-7 days.

Non-personalised, non-custom prints and canvases

Prints and canvases that have not been personalised or custom designed are subject to the following policy:

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Personalised and custom prints and canvases

When you commission a personalised or custom item,  you and Vicky Platt will discuss your requirements and agree on the scope and broad design of the artwork, this may include some initial sketches or compositions. If you change your mind for any reason before work begins on the final image, then you will receive a full refund. Once the image is nearing completion, you will be sent a copy by email for your comments.  Up to 3 requests for alterations will be considered and the alterations incorporated at no extra cost. If the work does not meet with your approval at this time, then 50% of the cost will be refunded and the order cancelled. The order cannot be refunded once customer approval has been given unless the order is found to be faulty once received. If you are unhappy with your order please contact [email protected]

Returns Policy

Returns can be mailed to: Vicky Platt, Albert and the Flowers, 8 Totley Brook Way, S17 3PW unless otherwise advised by us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Bespoke pet portraits. Would you love a portrait of your lovely dog, cat, horse, or another animal companion? Are you looking for something contemporary and unusual? I create your unique animal portrait by combining collages of my original artwork with digital painting techniques. I refer to the photos that you send and I can also include motifs, text, and themes that you wish such as a favourite toy, poem, or location. The completed image is printed on paper or canvas using the vibrant and durable inks of the Giclée process.

Prices and sizes are as follows: Prints on paper 8 inches x 8 inches (203mm x 203mm) : £250, 12 inches x 12  inches (305mm x 305mm) : £270, 16 inches x 16  inches (410mm x 410mm) : £290. Prints on canvas : 12 inches x 12 inches (305mm x 305mm)  : £370, 16 inches x 16 inches (410mm x 410mm)  : £425, 32 inches x 32 inches (510mm x 510mm) : £510.

Commissions take an average of 4 weeks to complete and I am often able to meet shorter deadlines.
