Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware that you may be required to pay import duties/ taxes upon delivery according to the laws of your country. Damaged or Faulty Orders
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. Likewise, if you believe your item to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns also attaching clear photographs of the fault . Please message me via my British Craft House Shop by clicking the 'enquiry ? button' on my store front within 14 days of delivery. If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items and refunds will be refunded back to your original payment option. You must also retain postal receipt and proof of postage. Please enclose your original invoice or a note with your contact details and order number and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address below:

Our Personalised family welly boot prints makes the perfect gift to give to Dad on Fathers Day. We can personalise each print with the family name, colours and sizes of wellies to suit adults and children with their names underneath each pair of wellies, we can even add family pets with pawprints. Just complete the details in the boxes provided and we’ll create your A4 print. We can also post out direct as as gift with a personalised gift card from you (just select that option on checkout).

Once we’ve created your design we will email you a draft copy for you to confirm details are correct and amend if necessary so please keep an eye on your emails! We aim to process your order within 1 – 3 days. We cannot complete your order until we’ve received your email confirmation that the design is correct and ready to print.
We are happy to make any amendments on your print once only, after which all other amendments will be charged at a small fee of 50p per additional amendment.
