Processing time is the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch. This varies, for details, see individual items.
All UK items are sent via first class signed for delivery.
All overseas orders are sent via tracked and signed, with the exception of the USA, which is tracked only.
All items are dispatched within 1 – 5 working days maximum but actual delivery time is dependent on the delivery service. During busy periods delivery can take longer, please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.
As an estimate, the following guides apply:
UK: 1-3 days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
United States: 2-4 weeks
Canada: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy
We are happy to offer refunds on all items, with the exception of earrings and personalised pieces.
To qualify for a refund please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and ship the item back to me within 30 days of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, using the same shipping method. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if they fail to do this, which can be deducted from the refund at the seller’s discretion.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Owl brooch

This quirky owl brooch features a trio of owls perched on a beautiful bead embroidered tree, twit twoo! It would be a unique graduation gift, perfect for owl and nature lovers or you could keep it just for you – you know you deserve it!
It can be worn traditionally on the lapel as a brooch, at the collar as a unique alternative to a necklace or it would look equally good as a scarf or shawl pin – what a clever little brooch it is!
The owls were painted with a subtle mix of metal patinas before nestling in the apple tree made from a variety of seed beads all hand sewn onto interfacing before backing with soft ultra suede for comfort. The brooch is edged securely with matching seed beads.
The brooch fastens with a brooch pin with safety clasp.
