* Orders will be dispatched within 14 working days of any order received. 

* All orders are send 1st class signed for with Royal Mail, please message if you wish to upgrade.

*  Please ensure the your correct address is clear on any payment notifications, as Lilly Alexandra will not be responsible for any address that is incorrect.

*  Once an order has been placed, there is 48 hours to cancel any orders.

*  Personalised hand stamped and customs made pieces can not be cancelled or returned after the 48 hour cooling period. Please email for any questions regarding this.

* Refunds are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received.
