Here is a coin purse made with gorgeous Cork Leather which is in it’s natural colour. Perfect for a multitude of uses inc coins, cards, keys etc. The choice is yours. It would make a really unusual wedding anniversary gift as leather is the traditional item to give for a 2nd anniversary!
Cork is a wonderful fabric. It is very soft to the touch but is as hard wearing as leather. I have used a cream coloured cotton for the lining which has a pretty flower print. It coordinates perfectly. I have boxed the base of the purse which makes it more spacious inside. I have sewn the silver coloured, metal clasp on by hand using cream coloured industrial grade thread.

The purse measures approx. 11.cm high (inc. clasp) x 12cm wide x 4cm deep (base)(4.5″ x 5″ x 1.5″) The clasp itself measures approx. 10.5cm across (4″)
