UK orders are charged per order at a fixed rate of £3.10 if sent to a single address. Shipping in the UK is free for an order if contents are valued at £60 or more and are sent to a single address.

These are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for personalised toy bags. Please allow 3-4 weeks for keepsake dolls.
ALL ITEMS
All orders to the UK will require a signature on delivery. Orders valued at £50 or more will also be tracked. Orders to the US will be tracked and those to Australia will be tracked and signed for.
As soon as your order is received if I know of any reason why it might be delayed longer than the stated times I will contact you immediately and give you the chance to cancel.
If an order proves to be undeliverable either because an incorrect address has been entered or because it is not collected from the sorting office I cannot be held responsible. If it is returned to me by the postal service and you request it to be re-shipped you must pay the cost of postage.
If you do not wish it to be re-shipped and it is a non-personalised item you will receive a refund for the cost of the item only. If the item was personalised no refund is available.
If an item, once posted, fails to arrive after the timescale for lost items issued by the carrier has passed I will issue a full refund.
Many items sold on this site by Ooak Gifts are made to order and personalised and, as such, cannot be returned for a refund unless found to be faulty. If you believe there is a fault please email me and include a picture of the problem if you can.
Under UK law non-personalised items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. Please let me know if you are returning an item so I can look out for it. You are responsible for return postage so please ensure when you send the item you obtain at the very least with a proof of posting as no refund will be issued until the item has been received by me. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods that have been sent without adequate insurance.

Each item is individually made and carefully checked. If one does, however, prove faulty please contact Ooak Gifts by email in the first instance with an image of the problem.

These miniature bears have their jerseys and national flags ready to support their teams in the Six Nations Rugby Tournament. The bears are knitted in re-cycled 100% cashmere wool. Their jumpers are knitted in crochet cotton on tiny needles. Each bear is only 10cm tall when lying or 6cm when sitting. Only two of each country are available. Teddies are for display and are not suitable for children.
