The mounted print is presented in a cello clear bag and is posted in a strong thick card envelope.
Postage, Dispatch and Packaging
I usually can dispatch ready-made orders in 1-3 days. Occasionally if I am away for a few days I will increase the processing time and you can see this on the home page.
Commissioned portraits take longer to produce & dispatch. Time scales and deadlines will be rearranged for delivery dates
All items will be well packaged and protected in either a strong cardboard backed envelope or in a brown card box. Biodegradable Bubble wrap will be used when necessary too.
I use Royal Mail delivery Second Class usually in 1-3 working days.
Commissioned items will be sent by tracked courier or Royal Mail Depending on size.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and home country taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Cancellations and Refunds
Items may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

How do I return an item?
Please contact me by email , within 14 days of delivery, if you want to return an item.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please return item in unused condition and in original packaging so damage during transit is avoided
Please obtain proof of posting and use a track and trace service for your protection
I will refund on receipt of goods that have been returned within 30 days of delivery.
NON EU customers MUST mark the parcel as "return, no value", on the original CUSTOMS LABEL and on the parcel, so I don't have to pay any custom charges or it will be TAKEN OFF your refund amount.
Return of faulty goods.
You have a right to return goods if they develop a fault up to six months after receipt of the goods. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Unexpected non-delivery of item(s) should be reported to me within 30 days, allowing enough time for delivery and enquiries to be made of Royal Mail and international delivery. If an incorrect postal address has been provided by you, I will not be held responsible for any loss. If an incorrect address is given to me, i.e. that's not my fault, (I work on the information given) when the item is returned I can either resend (you must pay the extra postage) or you can request a refund, minus the original postage.
Other Important Information
Computer monitors/ Mobile phone displays can display colours differently, than the artwork, therefore the item you receive may not be exactly the same colour as you see on your screen.
All items in the photos except for the described item for sale are used for photography props and are not included in the sale
Please note that if posting to outside of the EU, a receipt has to be included for customs use.
All sales are sold under the cover of UK law.
