I endeavour to ship items that are already made within 3 business days of receiving the order. Otherwise, I will need to allow for crafting time, and then shipping. We can discuss this when ordering.

If the item has been posted but is lost in transit, please contact the me via the “contact” button in the shop to report a lost item. If you have a tracking number, then check this to see if your parcel has been delayed or lost by the Post Office. I want you to get your purchase as much as you do so I do ask for your patience, especially if it is an issue beyond my control.
Should there be an instance where you need to cancel the order, you can request a refund from the me, you can do this using the ‘Ask a Question’ button in the vendor’s shop on this site.
