Lime and Chocolate Leaf Enamelled Copper Trinket Dish/Bowl

This enamel bowl has been stencilled with a leaf so the copper shines through on a lime and chocolate background with a sprinkling of gold. A wee trinket bowl/dish could hold small jewellery pieces. The enamel is food safe so it could be a serving dish for posh chocolate pieces to accompany your whisky dram. It could, of course, just be an ornament on a stand to show it off!!

These bowls are sold as a one off as no two will be the same.

The enamel is sifted and the finer grains used to produce a crisp edge to the stencil. The colour has changed in the kiln process . As the leaf sprig has been left in bare copper, the pattern shines and changes in different light. The rim is also bare copper. The reverse has been enamelled in grey tweed.
